What we do is teach. We fixate on delivering your content, protocols, and procedures in the most effective and efficient way possible by leveraging a tool belt full of techniques that increase engagement and comprehension. Bringing in an outside trainer can remove the barriers that distract from the instruction such as corporate rank.
Training Database Management
To meet the needs of clients in industries that require meticulous compliance records, we offer support in setting up a training management database and data entry.

The Story
John Osborne, Owner and Lead Trainer, has spent over 10 years leading and training students and team members in multiple industries.
He pursued his first teaching endeavor in Shanghai, China in 2009 as a “wai-jiao” at East China Normal University teaching English to students often older than himself. After a brief 2 year stint in the logistics industry with Forney Industries in Colorado, John’s passion for education and Chinese language background led him back to China for another 2 years.
Finally accepting his passion for the classroom John returned again to Northern Colorado and he began an 8 year long career in public education at the high school level. Navigating the challenges of COVID-19 and ever-changing state standards led to the creation of AEVR Training Solutions where John continues to blend his unique background of industry and the traditional classroom for the benefit of clients.
